Shipping Estimates
Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. Once shipped, orders using Standard Delivery are usually delivered within 7-15 business days, and you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has shipped.
Alaska and Hawaii Orders. Orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to delivery within the continental United States.
Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary. Please note that even with expedited delivery, orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may still have longer transit times.

POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS
Most of FOLD’s orders ship on time.
However, weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information may delay the shipment of your order.

Canceling or Modifying My Order
Once an order is placed and the purchased item is in stock, we will begin the delivery process immediately. Unfortunately, this means that in most cases we are unable to cancel or amend your order. This includes changing the delivery address or the products selected.
To check if changes or cancellations can still be made, you can contact us via Live Chat or foldprousupply1314@outlook.com If the order is not yet ready, our team may be able to process the cancellation/changes at your request.
LOST IN TRANSPORTATION POLICY
We understand the importance of making sure your order arrives safely and on time. Here’s how we handle the situation where an order is marked as delivered, but you report not receiving it.
Delivery
Proof that the package was marked as delivered by the carrier (including GPS location and/or photographic evidence, if applicable), we will assume that the order was delivered. However, we do recognize that exceptions may occur.
If your order is marked as delivered but you do not receive it:
1. Check the immediate area: Please check your property (porch, garage, side door), neighbors, or the mailroom or front desk of your building. Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected places.
2. Wait 24 hours: Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered slightly in advance. We recommend that you wait at least 24 hours before reporting. 3.3
. Contact Us: If the package is still missing after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at foldprousupply1314@outlook.com who will ask you to confirm that the address you provided at checkout is correct. 4.
4. Carrier Investigation: We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This process may take up to 7-10 business days. We will notify you as soon as we receive a response.
5. Solution:
– If the carrier confirms that the delivery was incorrect or missing, we will offer a replacement or refund.
– If the carrier has evidence to confirm delivery to the correct address and no fault is found on their part, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
